Shipping Options

We don’t use a 3rd party fulfillment house to process your order. We pack and ship all orders ourselves from our studio in beautiful Vancouver, BC. If we receive your order by 12pm PST, we usually ship it to you that day. Otherwise it will ship on the following business day.

Domestic Shipping in Canada

As of November 2023, we offer (FREE) TRACKED shipping on orders $100 and over by Canada Post or you can upgrade to UPS Ground and UPS Next Day Air. Choose the shipping option that best meets your needs at checkout and your shipping cost will be calculated based on your shipping choice. 

For orders placed before November 1, 2023

If you select FREE shipping, please know that we use small mailers that fit through a standard door mail slot for secure delivery but that these orders are sent out UNTRACKED. Mail theft is a growing problem and unfortunately we are not able to guarantee orders where FREE shipping is selected. If you have concerns about packages being left unattended at your delivery address, please select a shipping option that includes TRACKING. 

USA & International Shipping

We ship to happy customers around the world via Canada Post and UPS. Please note that customs and other import duties may be applied to your shipment at the time and point of entry to your market. These additional charges will vary by country and are the responsibility of the persons receiving the shipment.
