Can I return my Morning Moon jewelry?
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective piece, Morning Moon will provide 100% credit or replacement. Defects may include: unworn broken chains or clasps. However, as our pieces are handmade with love, variations in texture, color, oxidation, or finish are not considered defects.
You must report any defects to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your order. Please provide a description or photo of your issue and whether you are requesting a credit or replacement. Depending on the situation, we may ask you to send back your piece before we issue a credit or replacement.
Regular items in new condition may be returned to Morning Moon within 2 weeks for a refund, less a 25% restocking fee (based on SRP). Please notify email@example.com if you are requesting a return and refund. Once your return is approved, you will be required to send your piece back to Morning Moon in new condition. Once your piece has been received, your refund will be issued. If your piece is damaged or broken upon return, we will only be able to issue you a 75% credit instead of a refund.
