All Morning Moon jewelry is made with love, intention, and a sprinkling of magic. We support our resellers by creating treasures that we stand behind confidently in terms of quality and craftsmanship. We also offer resources and tools to contribute to your success.

How can I place a wholesale order?

As an approved reseller, there are no minimum order requirements once you’ve placed your initial order. There are 3 ways to place an order:

  1. Login to www.lovemorningmoon.com and place your order online

  2. Email your order details to orders@lovemorningmoon.com

  3. Fill out an order form and fax it to 866-340-9734

All orders will be confirmed via email from Morning Moon. Note that your order is not confirmed until you have received your email confirmation.

 

What are the requirements for my initial wholesale order?

Though there is no fixed requirement, we recommend starting with at least 10 pieces. This ensures you’ll be set up for success with an impressive display of Morning Moon jewelry. Every initial order of 10 pieces or more receives a free copy of our Morning Moon Elemental Storybook ($60 value) for use as an in-store sales aid.

 

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MC, and Amex. When ordering online, your card will be processed once you submit your order. All funds are in CAD unless specified. As an approved reseller, you can request to be invoiced with credit terms of Net30.

 

How long will my order take to process?

Once confirmed via email, your order will ship out within 3 business days by Standard Delivery, unless specified.

 

What shipping options are available?

All shipments from Morning Moon Studios are carbon neutral and delivered by UPS. You will receive a UPS tracking number that allows you to track the progress of your order.

Standard Delivery is a $20 flat rate and takes up to 2 weeks within Canada. Express Delivery is a 2-day service, available upon request for a total flat rate of $50. We are unable to ship on clients’ accounts.

 

What if an item is out of stock?

If you order an item that is out of stock, we will notify you by email and let you know when it will become available again. You can choose to:

  1. Ship the available pieces in your order now and backorder the missing pieces.

  2. Ship the available pieces in your order now and cancel the missing pieces.

  3. Wait until all pieces in your order become available, and then ship your order.

 

How are taxes calculated on my order?

Taxes on your order will be based on your discounted price and shipping charges, according to the delivery location. Tax rates for resellers are as follows:

What resources are available to Morning Moon Resellers?

Morning Moon offers a complimentary copy of the Morning Moon Storybook with your initial order. Morning Moon also promotes its network of resellers via social media and at https://lovemorningmoon.com/find-a-store. Additional point of sale tools will be available soon.

Morning Moon can provide social media support on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. For more information, contact service@lovemorningmoon.

 

What if something isn’t selling in my shop?

We recommend you or your staff regularly polish your Morning Moon pieces to ensure they are displayed as well as possible. Please ask us about our merchandising aids as well!

Regular pieces in new condition may be returned to Morning Moon for full credit towards new Morning Moon pieces. Please contact service@lovemorningmoon.com before returning any items for credit, and note that you are responsible for shipping these pieces safely back to Morning Moon Studios.  

 

Does Morning Moon guarantee quality?

Morning Moon will provide 100% credit on any defective pieces that are returned to Morning Moon Studios. Defects may include unworn broken chains or clasps. However, as our pieces are handmade with love, this does not include variations in texture, colour, oxidation, or finish.

 

What is an SRP?

SRP stands for Suggested Retail Price, and is the basis for calculating each order’s wholesale discount. Morning Moon Studios requests that resellers follow these prices, however the final selling price is ultimately the decision of the reseller.

 

What wholesale discounts do you offer?

Our wholesale discount for all approved reseller partners is 50% off SRP for our main Morning Moon line, and 40% off SRP for one-of-a-kind pieces. Orders with $1000 or more wholesale cost will also receive free Express Delivery. When you are logged in to your Morning Moon wholesale account, our website will automatically show you your discounted prices.

 

What if I have an idea for a new piece or a special project?

If you are interested in a custom piece or special project, send your proposal to service@lovemorningmoon.com. We welcome your ideas!

 

How is Morning Moon legally organized?

Morning Moon Studios grew out of Kate's longstanding jewelry practice, and as of 2018 is a registered DBA of Eclipse Awards International Inc.
