We are passionately proud of our craftsmanship and the quality of our jewelry, we hold ourselves to an incredibly high standard of design and quality. We have seen thousands of happy customers over the years ditch their other jewelry because they have fallen so hard in love with Morning Moon. We’re sure you will love it. 

If you aren’t happy (for any reason) with what you’ve purchased from Morning Moon Nature Jewelry, you may return it to us in like-new condition within 30-days of purchase and we’ll process a refund for the full purchase price of the item(s) being returned. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge your responsibility to receive the order we have sent out. We strongly advise you do not refuse delivery of your order and instead follow our return guidelines below. 

Returns are easy, but please follow our process. Email us at orders AT lovemorningmoon.com include your order number in the subject line and tell us what you'd like to return and why. We'll review your return request and email you a RMA (return merchandise authorization) with the return-to shipping address. Please be sure to package your item(s) thoughtfully so goods aren’t damaged in the process. Goods returned to us in a damaged condition will not be eligible for a refund or store credit. 

Select and use the carrier of your choice as return shipping is not covered by us. Please select “signature required” to ensure your return package is receipt confirmed.

Should you change your mind once your order has shipped, you can still take advantage of our 100% refund as long as you follow our returns policy outlined here.  You must receive the order as usual, and send it back to us within 30 days. We advise you use a service that has tracking as will not issue refunds for orders we do not receive back. We strongly advise that you DO NOT refuse delivery of your package as many carriers simply discard these packages and we will not provide refunds on orders we do not receive back. Refusing delivery of your order will void our return policy. 

We’ll let you know via email when your package has been received, inspected and your refund is issued. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to process.
